Covid and Flu season has created increasing pressures
Covid and Flu season has created increasing pressures on the health care system. For the safety of our staff and patients we are limited to the capacity inside the clinic, and the number of patients that can been seen each day. We are experiencing huge call and email volume, and working under extraordinary circumstances. Recently, we have added a kiosk terminal patient self-registration system to allow our staff to handle the extra email/phone and in-patient volume. Our phone and booking system has been continuously monitored and upgraded throughout the pandemic.
In the last 2 years as health care became more backlogged, people’s medical problems became more serious and complex. We understand. Sometimes there is a long wait to see the doctor. Sometimes you have to wait to hear back from us and it takes a couple of days. Be kind. Be gracious. Our doctors and front-line workers are people too.
We only closed for 2 days for the entire time this entire pandemic and our doors were open for you–our patients.
